DEAD KENNEYS!  Live in 1981 at the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood, CA by some clearly sexy and intelligent person!  It's an audience recording, so has a few flaws, but I still really dig this one.  It's from 1981 which to me could be peak DK.  I like all DK generally, but these first 3 years are absolutely bangers in terms of setlists.  And in 1981 seems like they had bigger audiences, but maybe not quite as filled by knuckleheads as later shows seemed to be.  Or at least, Jello doesn't seem to be in as much contempt towards them as he would be in the last few years of DKs.  So yeah, lots of energy and a setlist full of heaters, this one is a keeper.
